  • Roles:

    The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for the business development into key accounts across Western & Southern region of India. Focusing on the Host cell protein and other process related impurity detection and analytics, HPLC and UHPLC columns for Glycan analysis, Polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, ELISA kits, Proteins and Cell culture Media range of products for the Biopharmaceutical Industry. The Technical Sales Specialist will need to establish and maintain key opinion leader relationships by providing high level technical and commercial consultation. 

    Responsibility/Deliverables:

    Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing meetings with possible clients and support achieving target sales goals.

     

    Task & Activities:

    • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across India. Technical sales of the analytical products used in process development and quality control in the Biopharma sector. This will also include customer and sales related travel at approximately 30-40% of time.
    • Provide Technical support, scientific and commercial consultation
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region assigned.
    • Maintain awareness of and report life science market trends

    Experience:

    • 2-4 Yrs. in sale /Technical sales of the analytical products used in process development and quality control in the Biopharma sector.

    Qualification:

    • MSc. /BSc. In Molecular Biology /Biotech/Biology/Biochem.

  • Roles:

    Desired candidate should have necessary skills to plan, develop and oversee the overall marketing initiative & campaigns to promote company’s brand, products & services. Candidate should be able to support the marketing department in development and designing of marketing collateral, event material, etc. 

    Responsibility/Deliverables:

    Developing and improving marketing plans unique to different products and services. Conducting marketing research and analysis to produce relevant marketing information and evaluate trends.

    Job Requirement:

    • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
    • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
    • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

  • Roles:

    The Field Application Specialist will be responsible for the business development into key accounts across North & West India.  Focus on the Next Generation Sequencing, Genome Editing and RNA Biology portfolios, the Field Application Specialist will need to establish and maintain key opinion leader relationships by providing high level scientific technical consultation.

    The Field Application Specialist acts as a sales representatives and provide customer support in that they train customers on technical specifications, installation, and use of equipment. They will often travel to different locations to manage accounts / clients and meet with current customers.

    Responsibility/Deliverables:

    The  Field Application Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing meetings with possible clients and achieving their target sales goals.

    Task & Activities:

    • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships with key opinion leaders across South & West India in the NGS, Genome Editing and RNA biology markets. This will also include customer and sales related travel at approximately 30-40% of time.
    • Provide application support, experimental design and scientific consultation.
    • Provide training to Channel partners if needed.
    • Prepare and present technical seminars/workshops to a wide array of audiences at major conferences, trade displays, seminars and customer sites as required.
    • Assist in technical support cases
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio including technical aspects and marketing tactics
    • Identify and develop opportunities for custom solutions business in the region.
    • Maintain awareness of and report life science market trends
    • Work with the sales team to design, adapt and implement successful sales & marketing tactics to ensure success.

    Key Competencies:

    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Strong knowledge of Molecular Biology Reagents and techniques
    • Good knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing

    Experience:

    • 1– 5 Yrs. in the sale / application/application support of Molecular Biology Reagents, lab chemicals, enzymes, NGS kits.

    Qualification:

    • MSc /BSc. In Molecular Biology /Biotech/Biology/Biochem

  • Roles:

    The Sr. Sales Executive has to maintain and grow existing business and business relationships in the assigned region.  

    Responsibility/Deliverables:

    The  Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for planning and implementing meetings with possible clients and achieving their target sales goals.

    Task & Activities:

    • Organizing and making sales visits
    • Achieving sales targets assigned
    • Learning all about the products/services assigned to them
    • Presenting products/services with technical competence
    • Establishing new customers
    • Maintaining accurate records and reports of visits
    • Identifying and closing rate contracts
    • Complete sales cycle starting from generating an inquiry to receiving payments

    Key Competencies:
